Saturday Spruce-Up

The “Dawn Patrol” – blowing off the parking lots is coordinated by Jim Brown. They generally use gas-powered blowers on the main lot, and electronic on the Senior Lot. This will start promptly at 7 a.m.
Regular Spruce-Up will start at 9 a.m. (earlier if there is interest in avoiding the heat) and people will be split up in groups. Please let Mike Nyden know if you’ll be there and would be willing to lead a crew on one of the chores listed:

Beach Cleanup
General Grounds Cleanup, including hedges
Weed and Kudzu removal in the bushes next to the Senior lot – if someone is willing to contribute a pickup bed, it would be easier.

There will be a clipboard with the list of chores for those that show up without a particular interest.
Mike will provide water for anyone participating and please provide the various hand tools; rakes, shovels, brooms, and leaf blowers, etc.
