Salad: Arugula Salad with fresh shaved fennel, toasted pistachios, fresh Granny Smith apples, and Gorgonzola cheese with mint-balsamic vinaigrette
Appetizer: lemon-herb goat cheese and Boursin stuffed Roma tomatoes topped with bread crumbs and herb oil
Main: 10 oz grilled filet mignon on a bed of Swiss chard topped with sauce au crevette (shrimp sauce), Dutch potatoes, and broccolini
Dessert: Tiramisu
