Restaurant and Bar Manager, Ron Casciano (a/k/a Ron Cash) comes to us with many years of experience from New York to the Gulf Coast. He has worked in the hotel and restaurant business all of his life. He knows what is expected of a service establishment and particularly, a member-owned restaurant.

"I believe that good restaurants are harder to find than snow-capped mountains and crystal clear lakes and when you find one, they are worthy of your respect. FYC restaurant and bar will be worthy of your respect. FYC should be a happy club for whatever occasion we need it to be – to serve the members and help bring in new members because people want to be there."

Ron's menu consists of delectable Appetizers, Salads, Italian Specials, House Specials, Specialties of the Sea, Desserts, Bar Menu and Pool Menu. 

We have worked very hard to make this club a place where you will always be met with a friendly staff. I have been trying to meet more of you.

Remember, you don't have to eat alone - we now have a "Maverick" table for singles every night.
